"I will start with the cons before I get into what we enjoyed. First off we didn't get the room we booked. I booked a pool side room but was given sea view room. When I went to ask about it the blonde lady (I will not mention her name) tried to cover it up after I showed her my itinerary. She was fairly rude about it and just kept saying we upgraded you to sea view room. But I kept telling her I booked pool side and if I wanted sea view I would have booked sea view. "Popilia was an incredible place to stay. Eveything about the resort is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and was always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately kept. The grounds are also meticulously maintianed. The pools is huge and makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean. The restaurant is also very good. If i had to give one criticism it would be to have a wider selection of food options for lunch or dinner. Otherwise 10 out of 10!!"

"Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "
