"The hotel staff were really nice and very accomodating. The room is clean but it does need some refurbishing. The carpets trapped a very musky smell. The water in the shower would only heat at very low pressures. They charged an additional room service fee which only 3$ but i think that should have been charged in booking. They do have a gym and laundry which is nice. "

"The room smells like cigarettes and bleach, so does the elevators, one of them smells like burnt rubber.. the room was very hard to find I spent 30 mins just trying to find my room"

"Pool was very nice. Room was very spacious Hotel was in a nice area, easy to get to market, restaurants, or even ice cream. Overall I would recommend staying here. Bathroom needs an upgrade, all other nice hotels have moved over to crystal sliding shower doors. This one is stuck in the 80’s. When taking a shower, the moisture stayed in the bathroom. Need to have better ventilation."

"The hotel was great and the staff were lovely but they changed our room without telling us then refused to refund us for that. They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all.
