"We never got there. Family emergency took us to the hospital and we were unable to go. Unfortunately too much was going on to allow us to cancel the reservation I have been trying to teach a manager all day to ask if they can share some forgiveness on our charges but was told no manager is on duty today I left mess for Gilda to call me on Monday. Hoping for some help I also have a room booked there April 23."

"When you walk in, you're not even greeted by a human, just a virtual kiosk with a virtual presence on a screen. The beds are NOT queen beds, they are double beds which are substantially smaller. TV #1 had 6 channels that worked, TV #2 didn't work at all. No extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. My socks got wet walking on the damp carpet. The shower has mildew buildup all over the silicone. The lamps are all rusted from the humidity in the room. We stay in about 40 hotels per year, and this has been among the worst we have stayed in and we haven't even made it to breakfast yet. We aren't getting our hopes up, we're already looking for an IHOP."

"The room was clean and the staff was more than helpful and attending. Four star only because the room we initially got was very close to the elevator so it was a pain trying to sleep. Once this was brought up to the staff however they moved us right away. Super helpful and enjoyable stay otherwise. I'll definitely stay again. "
