"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, which was very disappointing. The property appeared poorly maintained, and there was a strong odor of marijuana in many areas of the hotel. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or well-managed. There also appeared to be many long-term residents on the property, and there were several unruly individuals around the hotel, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. As a guest, I did not feel that the hotel provided the quality or environment I expected. The complimentary breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. every day, which seemed too early for many travelers. In addition, I wanted to watch the NBA Finals on ABC, but the hotel did not provide the local ABC channel. When I asked about it, I was told to go to a bar across the street to watch the game, which was not an acceptable solution. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, and limited amenities, I cannot recommend staying here and will not return."

"I have stayed here twice because my aunt recently passed away and I’ve had to be in town to deal with her estate and this is the closest hotel that isn’t a total dump. The first time I stayed on the 4th FL and the water never really got hot in the shower. This 2nd stay I booked last minute after cleaning out her condo and had to book the 2 room king suite on the 2nd FL. I was told it’s their largest and nicest room. When I arrive there is zero parking. 2 of 3 handicap spots are taken by vehicles without handicap hangers or plates. Despite my handicap hanger, I have to park in the furthest, darkest corner of the lot. I get to the room and the AC is running full blast in the bedroom, and won’t shut off. The AC in the second room won’t even turn on. It’s after midnight at this point and I have to drive 6hrs the next morning. I take a shower, which is thankfully hot. The last time I stayed the bed was comfortable and I was looking forward to sleep before my drive. I get into the king bed in this “suite” and it’s as hard as a rock. It’s horrible, I might as well have slept on the floor. I spent an entire week packing and moving my aunt’s condo and was in immense pain. I woke up in even more pain after sleeping in that bed. Every pillow went flat as soon as pressure was applied to boot, so not even a single decent pillow on the bed. Next morning, not a single luggage trolley to be found and the staff all just shrugged their shoulders at me. Don’t waste your money here."
