"Checked into a dirty room. Literally old sheets and bags of trash in the room. "

"The beds were not very comfortable. The location is great for visiting neighboring counties. "

"The rooms are large, clean, good value for the price paid for a weekend, pool was heated & nice, there are multiple pools on property but very far apart. My only problem was the elevator in my building went out causing me to carry luggage & down 7 flights of stairs & according to another guest that had been there for couple weeks elevator problems are common at this property. Overall positive stay."

"Parking was safe and easy, the place looks nice, the room was nice and clean, the food was good, the amenities were good, but the only thing I didn’t like was the AC. I couldn’t sleep well because of the noise of the AC, it was too loud."

"We had a lovely week long stay. We were in the area for medical appointments at the Cleveland clinic. The hotel was located 5 miles away, which was very convenient. Our room was comfortable, the hotel was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to assure we were well taken care of. I will definitely refer this hotel to others and for sure will be back in the future. "
