"No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer! Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!"

"We decided at short notice to rent this apartment the day before our arrival. The apartment presented well overall, although there were a few minor issues. The landlord informed us that these would be addressed immediately. Throughout the process, we found the landlord to be cooperative, responsive, and solution-oriented."

"Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them...

"The place is right near the train which was very convenient."

"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. "The location is excellent. The condition is average "

"Communication appalling It’s a house with lots of rooms. Couldn’t find room 6 because it was in a building at the back of the garden with a double bed and a bunk bed. No bathroom. No toilet. No kitchen. Temperature was 10.5 degrees! Absolutely the worst place I have seen. Didn’t stay and I am waiting for a full refund "

"We were unable to get access details so never stayed. Hotels.com were excellent gave us 100% support and found us alternative accommodation. "
