"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. "The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. However the communications were very messy, amateur, unclear and looked a lot like a scam - ie after I completed the booking and its payment on Expedia, the apartment managing company asked in separate emails for all the guests IDs and individual photos, I found out there were 2 different companies involved in the management of the bookings and check-in process (in addition to Expedia), and then those 2 companies requested for the payment of a £300...
