"Wonderful location , rooms clean hotel itself could benefit from a refurbishment bar/lounge/ restaurant area was too disjointed felt like the someone had just dumped the tables and chairs Breakfast was usual but good choice served coffee was great. Didn’t experience a historical Lincoln vibe from the hotel which was disappointing Beds we’re really uncomfortable. "

"Lovely hotel. Warm and friendly welcome. The room was modern and very clean with everything we needed. Lovely view over the market square. Surprisingly quiet too.. we left our window open overnight and wasn’t disturbed once. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

Roast potatoes heated up and a bit leathery and meat was from a roll but tasty. Tender veg topped with enormous Yorkshire pud. Great choice of desserts, just too full. Room was spacious huge bed, bed settee and bathroom. Very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and fresh water. "Potholes around the property! Wi-Fi kept cutting out so gave up in the end! Quite comfortable! Not as good as the caravan I stayed in on the other side of the lake, but overall reasonably priced!"
