We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

First time stay at this hotel. Great location. Great public transport almost on doorstep. Great customer service at front desk. Al at the bar was excellent and gave some great tips on getting about. We were in Room 504, and had a view of Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. We asked for a mini fridge and coffee making facilities, and by the time we got back from our trip for dinner, they were set up in our room for us. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Little gem of a place, ideally placed for easy access to both the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Being on Geary means you have immediate access to the city via Muni buses outside too (either tap in with contactless or if doing more than a return trip buy a day ticket via the app).
Our room was immaculate with comfortable beds. There's obviously some traffic noise due to its location, but this never stopped us sleeping or disturbed us.

Lovely welcome from Lilibeth on reception late afternoon. Fab bedroom with 2 king beds, smallish bathroom & fab view of GGB. Clean & homely….far cry from some of the motels we’d been staying in for not dissimilar prices! Great breakfast included. Staff great.
