I love the harbor view when waking up and the rooms were very decent, with great pillows and thick towels! The tv worked, the heat worked well and wasn't obnoxiously loud (like many hotels can be)! I'll definitely stay here any chance I can when I'm back in Oakland."

"We had a spacious corner room with a view. Hotel was charming, with a great bar. Location just off Shattuck is great for walking up to campus or exploring Berkeley. The MARTA station is right across the street, which would make access to SFO and San Francisco by public transportation easy. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast as well as the numerous restaurants and bookshops in walking distance."
