We immediately asked reception to move us and they change our room to another room exactly the same so we decided to cancel our reservation and try and find another place. "There was a bug on my pillow but everything else was clean however there was a strong odor of some cleaning product that gave me a headache luckily I had Lysol on me and it neutralized it. There was no shampoo or conditioner, soap could be better. There was an argument loud enough to wake me up at 3:30 am. The positive…The service desk workers were very nice."
