"Room was clean but basic we had issues with TV and the AC but they were quick to fix it. We asked for a late checkout but they were unwilling to work with us. Was okay but not great I wouldn’t stay here again but if you want a cheaper room in a good location of San Francisco this is a good option."

"First time visitor to this hotel and I was expecting a luxury stay with views and relaxation. The view outside my window was of a wall. There was no view and it was very disappointing. We were charged for the ‘amenities’ of which we didn’t use, as the weather was not great, and swimming lessons were taking place on the Friday when we visited. We only went to the ‘club’ to check out the facilities and have one drink. We spent a lot of money, and dined there also. The drinks and food were great. But very disappointed with the room and lack of a view"
