Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Great location for enjoying downtown Walnut Creek, shopping, dining, etc. Clean and comfortable room for a single traveler. Awesome shower head with lots of pressure! I appreciated the ease of parking, access to room, etc. Would have preferred front desk and lobby offered coffee instead of a full-size Mr. Coffee in my room. I didn't feel like wasting an entire pot of coffee when I just needed one cup.

The rooms were really clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating but the three adjacent freeways were extremely noisy all night and day. The front desk will provide ear plugs upon request.

The main issue with the property was the bed. The bed obviously was significantly old. As it noisy with every movement, easy gave in when I sat on it, and generally was uncomfortable. The room had a stale smell when you walked in. The staff was exceptional. It would serve this inn well to get new beds.

We always stay here when visiting relatives in the area. It’s not fancy but is always clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. It also has easy access to freeways, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend.
