"Resort was very clean and well maintained. I'm older so the 42 steps each time I went to my room was inconvenient...No elevators. Also place was so big that seemed like we were walking all of the time which is healthy but with back and hip issues it was too much fir me. This place is great for younger more healthy people."

The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation truly special. A special thank you to Katrina for her outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. We also want to recognize Francisco, the bartender, for making some of the best drinks we had during our trip. Every cocktail was crafted perfectly, and his friendly personality made every visit to the bar enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the lovely lady at the Asian restaurant, whose warm service and welcoming smile made our dining experience even more memorable. We would also like to thank all the staff at Wild Canyon for an exciting and fun adventure. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe while ensuring we had an incredible time. "All the staff were very nice. The staff we had who went over and beyond customer service were from: Alberto:from the swim up bar Genero: food/drink service by the pool El Cortez restaurant: Alexis, Daniel, Eric, Allison All the staff from the French restaurant and the Sports bar. On taco Tuesday, the waiter had the mariachi band sing Happy Birthday and a birthday mini cake. Made our night extra special. So sorry I can’t remember his name, such a nice gentleman. Thank you and your staff, we have been here five times and have always recommended your hotel to friends and family.
