Room was good overall. We stayed 5 nights and although initially it felt a bit cramped for our family with 3 adults and child because it lacked a closet, But after organizing our luggage around the room we were comfortable for the rest of our stay. Also there are only a few electric outlets in room for charging so need to be strategic about it. Bathroom was updated and house keeping for room and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast service has less choice but we were able to order eggs, omelettes etc for additional cost. Pool and lobby area also very nice for some relaxing time after day out in Cabo. Staff everywhere was very helpful five stars for them. Uber from Hotel is very convenient to access the Medano beach, and Marina and other attractions and activities. Food options around hotel are very few but you can get food delivered and have dinner on the tables around the lobby.

I've stayed here before and this property is a great property to be at. It is family friendly and has tons of common areas that allow you to relax or work. Pool area is family oriented and overall this hotel and its unique design of two sister hotels is great.

This was a great place to stay. We wanted something with parking and good transportatin options. They called us an Uber and this driver was fabulous!!!! She was always available when we needed her. It was like our own personal driver. The staff at City Plus was great and we will definatly reccomend to al our friends!

Nice little hotel. Very basic. Helpful staff. I had business to do and the internet never worked in my room, despite their technician being in my room for hours. It's a long walk to the beach. There's a very nice little cafe within walking distance Olivia's and ? something like that.

Nice hotel clean and comfy, the pool area is not that big, parking is guarded 24/7 with a security guard on site. It is about 3-5 miles from the main area on the beach in Cabo. The bathroom in the room was a little small though, and not a whole lot of space for your things to set. The continental bfast is ok but just that. Nothing that you will feel full like a regular meal, i do recommend a restaurant called Stop Light that is a distance from the hotel but totally worth it.

Good but not fantastic.

Hotel was very clean and very quiet, barely heard anything when in our room. A/C was very quiet, bed very comfortable. Daily housekeeping which was nice to have. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Everything was very clean really. However, breakfast not so good, same thing every day. The only protein was tasteless "ham" and tasteless white "cheese", not even hard-boiled eggs. Same every day. But lots of fruit. Most of the staff spoke little-to-no English, can be a plus if you like that part of being in a foreign country, can be a real negative if you really need to communicate or ask a question about bus schedules, best way to airport, etc. We ate at hotel's restaurant late the night we arrived, VERY expensive. There were 2 outstanding restaurants with a 5-minute walk, Higos y Olivos (Italian) and Claros Fish Jr. (seafood), with fair prices. Hotel was a 5-minute taxi ride into downtown Cabo Marina area, but just not as convenient as I would have preferred. Last-minute booking so we were glad to have a room. We felt the hotel was really geared to Mexican nationals rather than tourists, but that was not a problem for us, just something to know. Overall a good property.

My buddies stayed here during our trip to Cabo and found it a nice place to stay: from the pool to the continental breakfast (there is an available upgrade to a buffet breakfast), and the short drive to Cabo itself. Price was reasonable and would stay here again, if the opportunity presented itself.
