Many people live in this hotel temporarily and property is under construction and new owners. Maybe in the future it will be better

Americans Best Joke Inn
The doors lock was broken and for me to get into the room I would have to call the front desk for someone to come up to let me in. This is no joke, The room had NO CHAIRS only a table. The smoke detector would go off when ever. The place was a joke,I would hate to see what Americans Worst Value Inn would look like.

Horrible place
The front desk staff were ok but the hotel looks nothing like when the pictures were taken. There were door busted in, the carpet in the room was sticky feeling. There was no fridge or microwave as advertised. And on top of that there cockroaches that crawled on the desk the morning we were leaving. Had I seen that the night before, I surely wouldn't have stayed !

Their were people walking around outside and banging on doors until early in the am. Several couples fishing and yelling at each other. Kids were running everywhere and up and down the corridors with zero reguard for other guests who were trying to sleep.

Should be called "America's Worst Value"
The hotel was undergoing major renovations. We were in an old room. Condition of furniture and flooring was terrible. Every room smelled horrible (we checked out 3 before deciding which was the least offensive). No "grab and go" breakfast of any kind. There seemed to be several long-term residents staying there. They shouldn't be taking bookings while undergoing all the renovations. I know we didn't pay much to stay here, but even what we DID pay was too much. There is no "value" to the place at all, let alone call itself a "best value."
