"In my room, there is a closed in between door. This in between door is a locked entrance to another room, for other tourists. This in between door is very thin, you can hear everything. And I mean everything.
The contact person I had for this room is friendly and questions, requests, remarks I made with WhatsApp, were answered and solved immediately. However, 3 to 4 staff members at the front desk, sitting and looking bored, no (fake) smiling, is a doubtful "
