"Great staff"

"Excellent check-in staff, very helpful with several queries we had. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and towels, quiet good-sized room. Free airport shuttle was excellent, 15 min walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. Bus into city is nearby. The only negative was the non-standard power sockets, seem like specialty ones that didn't fit any of our chargers. "

"Very chic hotel. Loved the vibe. Room was clean and cozy. Hotel bar has amazing signature drinks. Staff is highly trained in hospitality. The price-performance ratio staying at this hotel makes it a perfect 10. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The staff is very friendly and flexible. I did check in 3 hours earlier. It's clean and quiet. It met my criteria for 2 nights. Unfortunately the restaurant and the bar were not open But there are restaurants near by.Very closed to the lake and the center. "
