"An amazing property and very welcoming. Some personal touches added such as welcome gift and departure gift to cherish our memories. A special thank you to Neha and Rajendra who looked after everything for my arrival and Srishti whilst I was there who checked me in and out always with a welcoming smile. She is worthy of being in a senior position. The room was upgraded and although some minor renovation required the quality and cleanliness was impeccable. Others in reception were also really at tentative and breakfast was a marvel. The most amazing I fly tasty food. It’s definately a property I will visit when in Chennai again for sure. "Yes, it IS all its cracked up to be! The most beautiful hotel in Chennai, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food from MANY different ethnicities (not just North Indian and South Indian, but also Italian, Chinese, American, and others). I travel to Chennai multiple times a year for work and this hotel has made my time away from home SO much easier. It took me a week just to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the first few floors, and the serviced apartment was a wonderful place to live, with everything you may need to cook a meal in the full-sized kitchen, plus a washer/dryer, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a comfortable sitting room, plus a deep and relaxing tub. I cant say enough about this place... its an "experience" on its own!"
