So glad we stayed here this time as this hotel is one of the iconic star hotels in Chennai and continued to be one inspite of the multiple other star hotels popped up in the last few years. Still an amazing property , excellent guest service , awesome food , great ambience etc. The suggestion I like to give is to improve the rooms with better mattresses , vanities , electrical outlets , painting etc. also they should play some nice music in the aisles of the floors and dim the lights as it’s way too bright for a star hotel. Overall , an awesome stay.

Great central location to TTK road and shopping. Two areas of improvement are; - need a computer chair for a business room i had booked, the conventional chair does not work for longer meetings and laptop related work - toilet bidet jet was leaking
