Fortunately the AC in our room was working, which wasn't the case for other that I spoke to. The staff were excellent especially in the Vicinity bar/restaurant, always very helpful. "We loved the Claremont Hotel. It’s chic and lovely and so well located just two blocks from Buckingham Palace. It is next to the Victoria Undergeound and Train station so transportation to and from the hotel was simple. We took the underground to the airport and to Wimbledon. The room was spacious and super comfortable. We loved the water available in the lobby and the friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The hotel has three restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay in London. We’ll be back! "
