"When I checked in, the front desk told me there would be an additional charge. When asked why, they did not answer and just repeated that not have enough money to pay for the stay. Then they told me to call Fab Hotel's head office or manager. The front desk is messy and rude. The passport I give them for a copy is thrown back to me.
