This is a hidden gem - a special place. The photographs don't do justice to how lovely and charming YurInn feels. It's spotlessly clean, stylish and comfortable. There are huge fans and excellent air con. The garden and pool are just gorgeous. YurInn's location within a residential area means it’s quiet and very lush. Breakfast (incl. plates of fresh fruit and pots of the most delicious coffee) is served on the terrace beside the pool. Additional meals are "extra" but cheaper (and better) than...

Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

i thought it was not too far from the Airport to the Hotel . The hotel kept in contact with me . as i required shuttle service to get to the Hotel. Breakfast was great , staff where great.

Perfect for a short stay close to the airport. Convenient shuttle transfers worked perfectly with minimal wait time on arrival. Confusing instructions provided through hotels.com but clear on their website. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included which was lovely and well serviced with takeaway coffee. Only stayed 1n stopover so did not leave hotel.

Nice, quiet, very lovely owner very helpful. Clean room and nice little breakfast.

Convenient hotel for the airport, the shuttle bus runs every half hour and was on time, and it took under 10 minutes to get to Terminal 4. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

21 years since we last visited Moon Palace and we will not wait as long again. The resort, although large with the addition of the Grand is so efficient. The staff call you by name, from the bellboy, to the lobby and the waitstaff. The staff are what make this place special and they work super hard and always with a smile. The lobby shuttles and the golf buggy service around the resort is great. The one let down is the beach. The sand is beautiful but like many resorts the seaweed is a...

Hotel was in a quiet residential area. Lovely hotel and pool. Staff were really nice and food was delicious.

Very good and safe hotel

Ideal for stay after landing in airport

The hotel excellent stayed a few times when i fly to can cun . from uk or villhermosa

One of the best holiday destinations I have ever visited. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a lot to do at the property. I will definitely visit again!

food options limited but decent, bed comfort was good.

I really liked the place. Neighborhood was not that nice though. Mostly factories nearby, but very near the airport.

Pros - Rooms were clean and spacious, Location was excellent and close to the airport, Free WiFi, Free Parking, Breakfast was good for the price and had vegetarian options. Free tea and coffee 24/7. Cons - The only thing we didn't like was the time it took us to check-in. There was only one staff and many tourists waiting to check in on a Saturday night (10-11pm). Also, both of our rooms were missing towels and we had to go and get them from the reception.
