"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

The bathroom was very tight but I had a room with an en suite, so I’m not sure if there’s a bit more room with the shared ones. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a terrible night. There is bowling alley/karaoke bar/night club in its basement and the noisy went on until 3am. We had to catch a train at 6am so we hardly slept. The room was small however it was clean. This was not worth what I paid for it. "
