"Super Location and very friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. Amenities were great, and included a heated towel rack, safe in room, mini fridge with water and robes. There was complimentary water and fruit on arrival to the hotel which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend to others. "

"Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The decor seemed to be fairly new and in good shape, of a dark gray neutral sort. Staff on check-in were friendly, quick and helpful. It's a massive hotel that takes huge tour groups, so there were several hordes clumped together in the lobby and in the street area outside; there is also no visible place to sit and relax in the lobby, which is designed to get a lot of people through check-in quickly. I was so glad to find there was express checkout! There are several restaurants in the hotel which I didn't try, and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Very close to everything in Bloomsbury. There was street noise at night but nothing extreme. "

"Nice older hotel with an art deco vibe. Rooms on the smaller side, to be expected given this is a 'vintage' building , but perfectly comfortable and clean. Two restaurants and a bar, one serving Indian style food as well as typical British . At the price, this hotel ticks all the boxes, and the location is great, walkable to Soho, Bloomsbury , British Museum, theatres etc. "
