"We loved everything the the cave hotel offered,this time we only had a one night stay and our last stay was quite a while ago but on returning we certainly where not disappointed it was special we had our evening meal with them and that was wonderful we couldn’t take breakfast much to our disappointment it our room was really clean and welcoming really quite special as was everything about the CaveCastle Hotel Well done to every member of staff"

"Good breakfast. Stayed in the family room which was very large. Pool area is very poor unfortunately. Lots of missing tiles on the bottom of the pool is quite dangerous. A child from another family cut his foot whilst walking on the pool. Restaurant OK. If you need somewhere to stay for a hundred quid or less, then this place is fine. Don’t expect anything fancy though. It must just be clinging to the 4 star rating, felt very much like a 3 star."

"I’d like to say thank you to the very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was upgraded with a view of the racecourse and the room was superb. The highlight was a delicious breakfast for £10 when paying in advance. I’ll certainly stay here again when there isn’t racing! "

"Both the evening meal and breakfast were only just warm which was disappointing. Room 1 was a good size but would have preferred a shower enclosure rather than a shower over the bath. Overall our stay served its purpose as an overnight stay en route to our destination, it was adequate but no more."

"Obviously a very rough location to stay, Pay as you go bar service, however also have to leave a £50 refundable deposit "for any damages" apparently I said to the girl who checked me in " is it really that rough?" Her response was "yes we have alsorts in here and the system won't let me check you in unless you pay the security deposit" make you feel very welcome..."

"We had a cosy room for one night, it was small but spotless. Good sized bathroom. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and in beautifully decorated room 😍"

"Great Hotel and Location - would defo recommend for convenience to visit the wildlife park. Room was clean and tidy, breakfast the next morning was also great and plenty of choice. I did get a discount using my Hotels.com Cashback but I think the full price I paid was approx £125 including breakfast so great value."
