"Loft was great but does not include entrance to Schlitterbahn. You only have access to a small pool and you have to drive to get there. Loft isn't located on Schlitterbahn property you have a map that shows all these cool things but they aren't included"

"Checking was fast and easy. We got a free upgrade to a suite from a standard which was really nice and much appreciated. Enjoyed the kickbacks, didn't really eat any of the food cause we were planning on going out for dinner. So a few drinks at the kickbacks were good and the bartender was really nice and made killer drinks. The suite was really nice as well. Found a few hairs in the sink and later some in the shower too. But other than that everything was good."

"We had to wait 30+ mins at checkin time because no one was there , and it was really hot and no AC in the lobby . our room was the worst . the AC cover was broken , missing chair and table, the rolling blind is not working (so we couldn't roll it up ) , missing hand towels and hand soap . the telephone in the room not working so we have to go down to request stuff"

"The first night we stayed, there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the hallway. We were on the 3rd floor. We mentioned it to the front desk person as we left for a bit. She said she would look into it. Upon our return, she stated she went to check, knocked on doors and she didn't notice any smell. It was obvious she couldn't have checked because there was still an odor, although it was less, when we returned to our room. Fortunately the next day the odor seemed to be mostly gone. We didn't address it any further as we checked out after the second night."
