Beautiful and luxurious hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is mostly limited and expensive but well handled by staff. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice! The staff and other guests were friendly. The walk downtown was easy (despite some noisy construction), and the beautiful Riverwalk couldn’t be more convenient. I recommend a stay if you are visiting San Antonio.

We enjoyed everything but especially its proximity to the river walk without being in the hub of it. Also the roof top pool is superb, the restaurants sooo good, and it is next door to the Tobin center!

The hotel is beautiful, upscale experience. Friendly staff! Limited food options, nearly none within short walk. At the end of the Riverwalk, approximately 1.5 mile walk to Shops/Restaurants by Riverwalk. Spa was quite dirty, no pool or hottub in spa area or no direct access to pool from spa. Pool and rooftop closed early for special event. Lookout to deserted hotel.
