I spent a few days here whilst visiting a family member. Upon arrival the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast times were nice and relaxing, finishing at 10.30a.m so I didn't feel rushed after a late night and it was fresh and plentiful. Check-out time was 12 noon too was is really helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room was decent, they had built a different type of shower to the ones in sutton ibis hotel lower quality in my opinion but worked fine. One bedside lamp was broken and they tried to fine me for it but was broken before we arrived so be sure to report any faults while you are there. Staff were polite and breakfast was standard, enjoyed it but could have nicer sausages. Would stay again
