The only good thing about the place is its location and proximity to the beach. The owner and staff are horrible and irresponsible. After booking through Expedia they refused that there is any booking done. And the asked us to sort out from wherever we have booked. The Owner himself is not interested to help us even after we showing the receipt. We had to call expedia and take help from customer care. Thanks to the Customer care person who promptly helped us and called the owner and spoke. Even after that the owner made us wait for one and half hour before confirming a room for us. He then gave two shabby rooms which was like a store room. After we were given room the room service person comes and starts cleaning and pulling the electric wires to give electric connection. We just got a electric bulb. We had to sit at reception and charge our mobiles and cameras. There was absolutely no room service. We had to go and get even water to drink if needed. Expedia receipt says free breakfast is a part of booking. But they denied it and charged for the breakfast. Please be careful and avoid booking this place.

You should chose another hotel!
Standards were ok, but service was really bad. Unpolite staff, slow service with having to wait for an hour before anyone could help us check in, and waiting for another hour to get our breakfast - even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food is some of the worst I had in India.

Lo peor de lo peor condiciones insalubres ratas del tamaño de mi brazo cables y transformadores pelados dentro de las habitaciones lo camareros orinando en la puerta delas habitaciones podías verlos desde la ventana un olor terrible saliendo de los baños jamas en la vida había visto un lugar así pagamos 6 días y nos fuimos el primero incluso perdiendo el valor total de la reserva puedes coger cualquier tipo de enfermedad allí es un lugar espantoso y lleno de suciedad

Kaikki oli pielessä. Näytti siltä, että "hotellin" väki ei löytänyt meidän varausta. Sama asia toistui ystäviemme kanssa, jotka saapuivat päivän myöhemmin paikan päälle. Muutenkin palvelu oli hidasta ja epäystävällistä. Huoneet todella huonotasoisia jne. Surkein paikka kokonaisuudessaan missä olen ikinä ollut.
