"The hotel was going through some upgrades so all the Lucy and Desi pictures were not displayed… which made me a little sad because that’s one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there. They were also replacing all mattresses and were unfortunately not the ones that got a new mattress so our sleep wasn’t the best. "

"room nice and spacious had room on the end of building, found that it was a bit larger, very nice. hotel grounds were very nice, areas to sit down by the lake. staff very accommodating and courteous. will be planning this as our lodging location next time we are in town for tennis at indian wells. "Pools were lovely. Room was very nice. Activities were not consistently done and in wrong locations which was frustrating since I have young kids who would’ve loved them. Cleaning of the room was inconsistent. For the amount we paid I expected more. Food was good but overpriced. Valet was excellent. "

The staff work hard to ensure that every aspect of service expectation is met. It’s become my go to and nobody does it better."
