"The outdoor pool area and primary lobby, restaurants, and general grounds of the facility were very nice. The water park with the lazy river and slides was awesome and my kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The front desk was also very helpful in addressing some of the issues we had. However, we did notice a few things that made our stay a little less likable. We noticed blood stains on one of our bedsheets and the carpet in the room and stains on the walls in the bathroom next to the toilet. We also wish the TVs in the room were smart TVs so you could log into Netflix or other apps to use your own movie streaming services instead of the few channels the hotel provides. The AC in the room was locked at 68 degrees minimum which left us baking the first night. We had to contact engineering to override the AC down to 65 to finally help us sleep the second night of our stay. There aren't many local activities for children if you plan to stay onsite like some of the other resorts we've stayed at in Palm Springs like arcade rooms, kid's crafts/activities, nightly movies, or other activities. The outdoor games area was in the sun and without any shade, you had to play either early in the morning or the late evening when bugs will eat you up. Lastly, the amenities like the cabanas and poolside beds were filthy, stained, and covered in crumbs. We didn't use them but couldn't imagine wanting to use them anyways. Hope this review helps them update/improve things!"
