Our family loved this resort. Clean facilities, staff is always so nice, polite and very helpful. You don’t need to leave this resort, it has a good variety of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

First time at this resort and what a beautiful place it is. I've never seen a pool in an area so large. I'm sure there are bigger around, but I haven't seen them kudos. To the place, it was really exceptional.

It was an amazing weekend stay. From the check in to the pools to the fun activities there is for both kids and adults . Highly recommend to stay here you will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly , food is amazing , everything was just perfect.

I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert numerous times and it never disappoints. The beautiful grounds and atmosphere make you feel like you’ve been transported to a resort in Hawaii. The management is absolutely professional and the service is consistently exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel over and over again and will definitely continue coming back!

Wow! This his hotel is amazing! Beautiful, clean, plenty of things for kids to enjoy! Rooms were spacious and smelled great. The kids loved the in room dining and the bathtub… of course… We dined at Mikado which was a great experience for the kiddos and delicious! Make sure to reserve your boat ride in advance!worth every penny!

After months of wedding planning my husband and I wanted to celebrate our honeymoon somewhere where we didn’t have to drive places to get food etc. The JW was just that. Gina at the front desk made our experience so much more special from complementary champagne to overall guest experience. The Woodgril restroom is delicious loved to be able to sit by the water while having breakfast or dinner we did both . The spa is amazing ! Was nice to be able to use spa amenities before our schedule appointment. The last night we did the small boat ride in the evening. The boat dropped as off at Japanese restaurant similar style to Benihana’s . The chef and staff were so nice and entertaining. One of the staff members brought out his boom box and crenated out table and other ! Amazing voice ! You won’t regrets staying there so much other things avalible to do we didn’t even do half of what is available!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful! The only thing I wished they had there was an ice cream shop! They had a bunch of cute shops, but no ice cream shop??? We went to Ralph’s to buy ice cream for the kids! The bar was great and their sushi was really good! I would recommend and go back!

This is a beautiful property / The managers Hugo and Doreen were very professional and helpful. The room that i reserved here was not available upon my arrival - The hotel team was very helpful to find a way to help accommodate us - this more than anything matters… Some of the front desk staff would sound tired and overworked, this could improve as I was observing conversations with some customers as I was waiting late at night over there.
