"This hotel has really gone downhill. The bathrooms had black mold, the lights in the room didn’t work, the electrical system is poor, the a/c is so noisy, they don’t have a breakfast buffet anymore and the service in the restaurant at breakfast was understaffed. We sat at our table for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us!! They don’t have a shuttle service anymore which was so convenient when we were headed to the tennis garden, so we ended up walking over because of the terrible traffic during the BNP Paribas Tournament. The staff had no idea how to get the tennis tournament on the television in our room which was really annoying. We were told the hotel was under new ownership so hopefully they will rectify these issues because the room rate is not worth the cost to stay with these current conditions!!"

"Made a last minute reservation to go watch tennis at Indian Wells and this was the most reasonable room I could find. While the room itself was clean(ish), the grounds and surrounding area were not. The noise from the highway was overwhelming and made sleep next to impossible. I would not recommend."
