"Terrible service"

"The room was very clean and spacious. It had two queen beds that were very comfortable, a large couch, and a cute kitchenette with a small dining room table. It had everything you need to cook meals when traveling. The refrigerator was big enough to fit a lot of things. I loved how the balcony was! The view was amazing. You can see the mountains at a distance . The staff were super nice and attentive. A huge plus was that we were able to bring our dog along for a small fee. I was there with 3 of my friends for a bachelorette weekend. We hung out at the pool and went to downtown Palm Springs at night. Loved the vibe! Will definitely be coming back soon."

"We had a wonderful breakfast on two of the mornings we were there. The food was delicious and service was perfect. The prices were reasonable. The staff was courteous and able to assist with whatever we needed."

"First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be returning very beautiful location, staff is very friendly bed was comfortable AC performed outstanding. Complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious Rosa and Flor did an amazing breakfast service I had a wonderful experience thank you."

"Facilities a bit dated, but all the staff were great. Was there for two nights for a conference, and I didn’t really explore too much of the amenities available. One negative is, my room was full of mosquitoes! Luckily I didn’t get bit, but I only noticed it on my last day as I was packing up, the bathroom ceiling had about a dozen baby mosquitos!"
