"The linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, which is always important as a guest and what I look for in room cleanliness. While the carpet and furniture felt a bit dated, the room was still comfortable overall. The bed frame was quite squeaky, even with simple movement like turning over or getting up. Aside from that, the location is excellent, the pool bar is a great feature, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"If you’re in your 20s and want a party hotel, this is the place for you. If not I’d look elsewhere. Garbage in hallways, dirty carpet and an odd smell of perfume constantly. The staff were nice and there is lots of entertainment but very much a party hotel. Pool not cleaned or tidied regularly- garbage floating in the pool at end of day. "

"The property was poorly maintain for one thing. The toilet seat was broken. The building needs to be remodeled. The whole time I was there when you go to palm springs and you want to enjoy yourself in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi what was closed during the whole time! The excuse was that the wind was strong, and the pool had garden debris both jacuzzi and swimming pool. This place is poorly, maintain, especially the ground, the pictures that Expedia show what the hotel looks like super deceiving. Stay at your own risk!"
