But I definitely hive 5 Stars and both thums up to the Gracious and bright manager Juan and his entire front desk staff and xlnt housekeeping and maintenence staff. I have visited this Palm Springs hotel for years and it has never been run this well and maintained this nice. Juan and his team all deserve a rai$e so you dont lose them!!!"

"The room was exactly as it looked from the website photos but the bathroom was even better than expected. The proprietor was incredibly available and lovely. My favorite parts of the stay were the quiet environment and the beautiful outdoor area with a palm tree oasis poolside. The complimentary wine and cheese available late afternoon each day was such a nice added touch. "
