"I had some concerns with booking this property because of mixed reviews. I will say that I was pleased overall with our stay. The room was clean and good sized. The bed was comfortable. All the utilities worked ok but the air conditioning did seem a bit weak at times. However a couple of problems did detract from our stay. When I book a hotel on Expedia they advertise that all taxes and fees are included. However, there is a $35 per day "destination fee" that is collected at this property. So when you see a price quoted by Expedia, add that to the bill. I wish they would be more transparent with the pricing right up front. There was a problem during our stay with the parking situation. There was a large conference going on for part of the time we were there so when we returned after our daytime activities there were no self park spaces left anywhere. We ended up parking on the street for a while until some cars cleared out of the lot. I contacted the management but all they could offer was an apology for the inconvenience. They need to do a better job at managing the parking lot so that hotel guests have a place to park at all times. After all, that is part of the $35 daily fee. The pool was nice but if it's heated they don't heat it very much. The water was pretty cold. Also, it's only open from 11 - 5. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"There was no wifi in the rooms. We had to go out into the courtyard to make calls and use internet. We could not do work in our room so we had to go and get daily workspace. The door keys had to be constantly reformatted due to some fault with hotels key system. We had to go to office daily with our keys. These two things alone made the stay work instead of relaxing. Also there were bugs in the kitchen and the room carpet was gross under foot. "

"We stayed one night in this cute hotel. Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable. We had no interaction with staff as everything was done through text, which worked well. We appreciated the use of bikes. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and was warm. Unfortunately the room smelled like dog and I am mildly allergic. Previous pet friendly hotels I’ve stayed in have certain rooms that pets stay in and others that are pet free. I should have looked more closely at that before booking. "

"The location is perfect for walking to downtown, restaurants and other local sites. The pool is great. Large enough area for private sunning or chose to be social with other guests. Will most likely stay here again."

"The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Just a big lump, no springs. Asked to see a different room and the staff accommodated but the bed was the same. We were also offered different pillows but they were the same. The point of accommodations is to offer a comfortable sleep, this did not. The vibe is cute and trendy and the location is good. It’s safe and well secured and parking is included although there is a resort fee, we were credited two nights for the inconvenience. We requested late check out and were not given it, which was disappointing. "
