"I can only say that the owners are not interested in investing in this property to do any upgrades. We go every year. Its sad to see that it's degrading. Dirty carpets on the stairs, hallways, rooms. Dirty walls and windows. Old shower heads and leaking water in the bathroom. Some rooms have been upgraded , but very few from what I understood when talking to other people staying there. Many disappointed. Unkept pools (which is so sad bc the water is so great). Ripped pool chairs. The restaurant is decent, but nothing worth to stay in to eat more then once. Staff is nice... I ll give it another try next year, but I ll have to start looking somewhere else when going to Indian wells tennis tournament every year ... "

"The place has three small pools one I thin is like a Jacuzzi other was less hot and the last one inside, all very pleasant, the weather wasn't good it was extremely windy, and we couldn't enjoy the pools all day as we did during a previous visit. The owner took care of getting the pool guy to clean the pools due the windy weather, we appreciate that. The room was clean and pleasant it has a big screen TV, previously it didn't have that amenity, (I love TV) and it was helpful since it was so windy we didn't dare to go outside!. I has electric stove and some dishes to cook , coffee maker, (coffee, creamer, coffee filters. I also like the fact that we can use the pool at night, we enjoy looking at the stars,it is a small hotel, so we liked that it is quiet. We plan to go back with more friends to have a relaxing time. "

"The room was clean. Very old property. Next door to a shopping center. Homeless camped out there. Staff was ok. Only spoke with them when I checked in. Pictures are very deceptive!! Small fridge/freezer microwave and coffee machine. Limited parking. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"After being bedridden for three months, I was looking for a healing, quiet, and peaceful retreat. The Azure Palm exceeded my expectations! From halo therapy and meditation in the Himalayan Salt room, to soaks in the oasis hot springs or evening swims in California’s largest mineral pool (open 24 hours for overnight guests) each day was met with healing and tranquility. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure in every area of this amazing, beautiful, and awe inspiring place. This resort is a quiet environment and the staff will gently remind anyone speaking loudly of this, so if you’re looking to party, this isn’t the place for you. Also be prepared to book spa services in advance as the spots fill up quickly. I stayed in the spa suite and the large soaking tub was the highlight of my trip. I’m already planning my next trip to this lovely and healing place."
