"The pool is nice and heated! For the price, you can’t beat this hotel. It’s nice! Comfy bed. It’s on a major road and our room was on the side but it didn’t bother us. We don’t eat here so I can’t comment on food. There is a nice walking or bike path all along hwy 111. We rode our bikes to the zoo and all around. "

"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"

"Close to the airport and bowling alley. Very quiet part of town. Awesome room with kitchenette, desk and a nice swivel TV. Bed was absolutely outstanding, excellent sheets and down pillows!! Breakfast, pool and gym all top notch! Easy parking, fast elevators and I really liked the smoke free top floor! Definitely will be staying again next time in Palm Springs. Staff was awesome and very helpful!"
