"Excellent customer service. The place was quiet and I slept like a baby. The room had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. My daughter & I visited the fitness center. It was super clean, and it has enough equipment. In general, it was a peaceful stay. My only concern is that they need to put more attention in the cleanliness of the room, particularly bathroom and bed sheets. "

"It's what I expected a 2* hotel. I wasn't expecting

and I'm the room was quite large. I will say they did daily changing of linens which you don't get in many 4* hotels these days. The area is quiet and felt safe. The beds were comfortable. The furniture and bedding were dated and some areas were worn down. But, for the price (especially during a large event weekend) the room worked fine for me. "

"Well the lady who checked us was very nice. I asked if the jacuzzi was hot and ready. She stated the jacuzzi is not working. Ugh. Long day of riding motorcycles we wanted a jacuzzi to sit in. Another bad thing is, the shower head is low for a midget! All the rooms had midget showers! Not what you would expect in a hotel. The rooms were clean and plenty of surveillance cameras for for security. "
