Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was very convenient. Pool was big and beautiful. Breakfast was way better than most hotels that include free breakfasts with their rooms. No complaints, and we stayed in it two times a week apart.

Great place for location , close to everything and having Applebees within walking distance right outside the hotel is very handy . Hotel needs a major upgrade in the rooms. Bathtub hot water was not hot enough , and having the sink right outside the separate closed toilet and bath tub was gross . Carpet in room is worn out with stains, kitchen is so small and narrow with outdated cabinets . No soap or sponge if you want to wash a dish . Moth was in room, housekeeping does not clean your room until the five stay which is disgusting . I called before that to get it clean and they do not give you enough towels , toliet paper . Had to constantly call to ask for more . Which was inconvenient because front desk never there or hard to reach because they don’t pick up the phone . Everytime you walk by no one around . Air conditioning didn’t work well, would shut down constantly and then was even giving out heat. Called front desk and Ashley said ya that happens sometimes . She didn’t seem too concerned. Pros- nice daily breakfast served, pool is nice. They have a managers reception every Wednesday where complimentary drinks and appetizers are served . Was nothing but cheese , crackers , and veggies . Then heard the worker say to someone the chef couldn’t come today . Cheap wine and beer served , they should have offered another day to us complimentary for disappointing reception where chef couldn’t show up . No safe in room. Lots of improvements to be made .
