This was a getaway for the holidays with my husband and in-laws. The hotel was well kept and good staff. Room was spacious and clean. Great bed! All in walking distance to shops, restaurants, local coffee and galleries. I would go back to the fun spot in the desert.

The resort was lovely, clean and well cared for. Location was perfect. Sadly, we got a room overlooking the garbage dumpsters. I guess somebody has to get that room, but it was kind of an awful view. Strangely, the gentleman who checked in my husband told him he had upgraded our room. The room is exactly what we paid for with a horrific view.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained, with nice amenities throughout. Hotel Paseo was an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. The property is spotless—every space feels thoughtfully maintained, clean, and welcoming. The location is unbeatable, with so many great fine-dining restaurants and spots to grab a drink just a short walk away. A special shout-out to Neil at the pool—he truly made our stay extra special. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely fun, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and creating such a relaxed, upbeat vibe by the pool. Between the beautiful, clean premises, outstanding service, and walkable location, Hotel Paseo is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Palm Desert. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Such a great location. The hotel is beautiful and decorated beautifully for Christmas. We used the hotel’s shuttle service to go several places. The valet is included. The hotel restaurant and cafe was our go to for breakfast. The food was great. We loved our stay!
