"Rambuttri Village Inn Review – by @MattDV As a YouTuber traveling through Bangkok, location is everything—and Rambuttri Village Inn absolutely delivered. This spot is perfectly situated, especially during Songkran. I loved being able to enjoy all the festivities without having to stay in the chaos of Central Bangkok. What really stood out to me was how walkable the area is. I spent a lot of time exploring and came across some true hidden gems, like the Bangkok City Library and nearby temples around the Grand Palace. There’s so much culture and energy right outside your door. The staff here are incredibly helpful, and one thing that really impressed me—they clean your room daily, all for a very reasonable rate. That level of service at this price point is hard to beat. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. "This is a typical upscale Bangkok Hotel. Our issue was despite receiving a confirmation of the booking, and an email from Avani saying we are looking to having you and quotes THEIR booking confirmation number the reception.The receotion staff claimed for half an hour that there was no reservation and that Expedia had failed to forward it. In short they refused to honour the reservation, and their own confirmation email and booking number, for forty minutes. Not sure where you go with this when you can't rely on a confirmation from Expedia and from the property. Yes the building is nice and clean, but when one's trust in the process is erodedit is dispiriting after a very long journey. One hopes that a prepaid reservation would be respected in short order."

"The room was ok , the view is beautiful but my last day there was few people next door making so much noise. First I thought they are enjoying and try to ignore it . But when got worse at 11 pm I called front desk to solve the problem and they told me someone will go up and asked them to keep it quiet. Nothing happened, called again and again same answer. This time the manager called and said if I want I can change my room , this is at 4:30 am and I had very bad migraines because all night didn’t sleep. It was not just a noise it was banging on the door smoking all kin of things which the smell was in my room too. Around 5 am when I called again and said I am going to do complain I thing this time they sent someone to tell them to keep it quiet witch they did. I am a solo traveler and never experienced something like this. I think they didn’t take me seriously and didn’t handle it well. To make it worse when I was leaving they off me a lunch in one of their restaurants, when I went it was all old food in very bad shape. Not sure how they run this place. When I booked 5 stars hotel for the price I excepted better."

"Smooth welcoming check in Really nice room with river view Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Amazing varied breakfast with very attentive staff. Problem sorted very quickly - in the middle of the night I noticed that water was dripping from one of the air conditioning vents. I called reception and within 5 minutes an engineer was sent and a porter arrived to take me and all my gear to an upgraded suite. Next day I had a courtesy call to apologise again and to see how the new room was. This can happen to any hotel, it's how they respond that matters. 5*"
