Hotel by design is one of the best I have ever seen and I am constantly staying in top class hotels. Staff and services are out of this world. They treated us as a royalty, provided with private checkin, and due to sickness of a child they prepared all the special food we asked. This hotel deserves the highest reccomendations.

Four Seasons anywhere is a must-go, but my experience at Bangkok was exquisite. Such friendly staff and grand facility. Spa service was comparable to none, my previous stay at other Bangkok hotels was immediately forgotten once I arrived.
