"We had 2 adults and 2 kids in a room. 2 x double (not queen) beds - they were small. Other than size of beds, room was good. Free breakfast was excellent - one of the most comprehensive selections. Good location. Would definitely stay there again."

Problem sorted very quickly - in the middle of the night I noticed that water was dripping from one of the air conditioning vents. I called reception and within 5 minutes an engineer was sent and a porter arrived to take me and all my gear to an upgraded suite. Next day I had a courtesy call to apologise again and to see how the new room was. This can happen to any hotel, it's how they respond that matters. 5*"
