"Rooms were clean and our maid was great. Restaurant needs to serve alcohol and have ice machines in the halls. Breakfast was wonderful lots of options and very efficient. Location is good and close to MRT station and shopping. If you take a Tuk-Tuk beware they want to take you to only places that charge you double if not triple the cost of things. Same with Taxis. All of our excursions were able to find the hotel but one whom which we were charged but didn’t get to go on it because they forgot us. Rooms supply complimentary water, soups, pop, and coffee/tea. Pool was very disappointing. Only got a little sun during the day and was freezing cold. Otherwise hotel was nice. "

"It was my second stay and I love it - only thing to point out is that the amount of birds and pigeons flying around during breakfast - they can be a nuisance trying to steal food …. I know it’s difficult to control but maybe try some time of bird deterrent. "
