Fantastic, best hotel i remember staying, sad to leave

Location is perfect for the big tourist sites. Lots of new nice restaurants opening near by. But what really made our stay was the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Oh, the food is lovely and good value.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, with lovely staff. Pool area great for relaxing with view of river. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and sparklingly clean. Great location as within 5/10 mins walk of the bustling Khao San Road area, with lots of stall, shops, bar and restaurants. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk to other areas at a very small cost. Great location to stay. Would definitely recommend as the hotel is a luxurious oasis to retreat to after a hard days sightseeing!

Loved this hotel so much . Staff exceptional. KoKo on concierge is wonderful and so helpful . He makes your stay extra special . The rooms are beautiful and so clean . The dining room is brilliant and wonderful breakfasts . Definitely would stay here again . Highly recommend .

Really enjoyable stay- very clean hotel with super helpful staff. Really close to Kaohsan and Ram Buttri, so lots to do on the doorstep!

Overall: excellent. Great location. Beautiful entrance and lobby. Superb breakfast on a charming terrace. Very welcoming staff. Only two small complaints: 1) the bed linens are not cotton. (I hate polyester so this was uncomfortable.) and 2) there was no soap in the poolside toilet on any of the three days that i stayed. Otherwise, i highly recommend Rose Residence

I had a bit of a run around with the taxi driver dropping me off at the wrong property but the staff were amazing. I had an urgent conference call I was running late for - the check in was seamless and very efficient. I had requested an early check in but due to the runaround I went through with the taxi in that I only arrived much later - the hotel was gracious to not charge me. Staff were fabulous, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help me... Pool is great too, unit was clean and...

Enjoyed my stay, great location to get to malls and BTS. Friendly staff. Everything i needed in the room worked and i had no issues with the room. I would definitely stay again.

Place is very well located and walking distance to Talat Noi, Chinatown & old Bangkok. Kept very clean. Quiet. Good customer service.

Jewel of Chinatown. Clean and spacious rooms, big breakfast area, friendly staff and good value for your money. Neighborhood is not that pretty, but who cares! :-)

Ample and friendly common area with high ceiling. A very relaxing and peaceful rest after city walk in Bangkok heat. Dorm room is nice size and well equiped. They also offer free breakfast (wholewheat toast w jam/marmalade/custard/butter, coffee/tea and banana). Convenient store (7-11) is just around the corner and many local hawkers in the morning along this Silom road. Walking distance to Skytrain station and nice restaurants and nightlife scenes. Great deal and worth a stay!

We enjoyed our hotel stay immensely. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were excellent, and shopping was convenient. However, one front desk staff member was unpleasant and didn't greet us. Following our feedback, the issue was resolved. The hotel staff were nice and respectful. We appreciated the hotel's convenience and look forward to returning.
