"It is not my first stay at this hotel. I like it very much because of its location, the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are updated (at least the one I was in), everything works and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue are the elevators. At the time I stayed there one was out of order, while the other 3 really struggled. The wait to go up and down at "rush" hours was unusually long. "

"I stay here quite often and i have seen an unfortunate decline in the quality of staffing and the way they look after customers, this use to be one of my favourite hotels to stay at, they made you feel so welcome and were so responsive. Unfortunately I can't say that any more. Damn shame..."

"My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again."

"Room was clean, location was very walkable to metro station, MBK and other malls. Mcdonald’s on the first floor was a huge plus, especially because breakfast was not always what I expected. Our room faced the open air stadium, which was so close we could actually see the audience! There were 3 concerts out of the 6 nights that we stayed there, and it was super-loud in our room. ☹️"

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, great rooms, great pool area on the 7th floor, fantastic choices at breakfast but most of all, all the friendly staff who work there are a credit to the hotel. They certainly made our 4 nights stranded in Bangkok, thanks to Mr. Trump, alot more less stressful for us, so thank you to the General Manager and his wonderful hotel team. 🙏 ขอบคุณมาก"

All staff is wonderful , room amazing view and clean Swimming pool and spa is so good Rooftop bar and 1970 bar is always good choice to drink Thank you so much, see you next year"
