Very pleased with our stay and courteous and excellent service all round. Our experience involving check in at the front desk, day to day room service, as well as services in the restaurant was all carried out with smiles all round. Good selection of food for breakfast and use of the shuttle to the BTS made it all easy. Special thanks to the housemaids who provided a prompt and very clean daily service. Very responsive and friendly staff. Accommodating staff who immediately responded to our requests. Comfortable beds but wished there were more pillows. Concierge made arrangements for our tours and their contacts were just as friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location. There were 7 of us and the two rooms we booked were just as advertised.

Last minute choice
We were just too glad to get an accommodation at the last minute. I had made a reservation with Hotels.com since June 2022 for January 2023 for Bangkok, Thailand. We arrived at that hotel only to find out it is under construction, and very undesirable.
