The dining options were a bit limited and there was a lack of a vibe in the restaurants but otherwise, once the adjoining mall is finishing making it easier to get to Silom Road, it will be hard to beat as a hotel in Bangkok. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi."
