It was the lowest.clas room I ever had this time. I have stayed maybe 4 times in the last year. Every time the room has a full bathtub. I love the bathtub. This time small room and no tub. And the TV did not work properly at all. The channels would turn off or go black. Really is was not a good stay.

Likes: - Room is quite clean. - Hotel lobby is nicely decorated. - Always has a security at the lobby on duty. Dislike: - My room was very noisy, the area around the hotel has a lot of dodgy pubs, dirty street and loud tuk tuk running around. - My aircon wasn't working well and always default to 26 celcius, even after the facilities technician came and tried to fix, the problem persist. BKK was so hot during this period. - No smoking room available to us even when we asked for it. - The swimming pool is dirty, I can see a layer of oil floating on the surface, should be from someone's sun block but still the water filter should have been able to catch it. TLDR: Did not meet my expectation due to noise and the facilities and location of the hotel. Will not return.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of the Sukhumvit area. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The property is brand new and the rooms are very relaxing and comfortable. There are many many hotels in the area but in my opinion you cannot have a better experience than a stay at Hotel 11.
