Stayed here 4-5 times, the staff is excellent. Hotel has great location, Soi 11 have all the bars, restaurants and massage you need , and BTS is 6-7 minute walk.

Location location location! Right in the heart of Soi 11 it did take about an hour to get checked in but it was very busy and the staff was phenomenal at getting things moving. No balcony but clean decent rooms.
